The Scheme is an extensive drive of the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, to enhance global competitiveness of MSMEs by providing them financial support in assessment, rating and hand holding of its manufacturing processes on Quality and Environment aspects. QCI is nominated as National Monitoring & Implementing Unit for ZED Scheme.
