The Scheme is an extensive drive of the  Ministry of MSME, Government  of  India,  to enhance global competitiveness of MSMEs by providing them financial support in assessment, rating and hand holding of its manufacturing processes on Quality and Environment aspects. QCI is nominated as National Monitoring & Implementing Unit for ZED Scheme.

5S Training :-  5S is a philosophy, the way of life that one practises all the time every day. It involves everyone in the organization 5S is considered as the Foundation improvement activity and its purpose is to involve the workforce in creating a safe, hygienic, satisfying and pleasant work environment.  A dirty work place can not produce quality products. If one finds disorder at workplace , no further diagnosis is  required to know that it produces poor quality  products.

ISO An  ISO certification  is not a license that permits an activity. It merely certifies that a management system, manufacturing process, service or documentation procedure has all the requirements for standardization and quality assurance.
